One of the most beautiful places we have ever been to, a must visit for any family wanting quality time together! Amazing location and beautiful house, every call to the staff was a pleasure and their ability to give us a late check out finished our vacation on a high note! We would definitely come back and stay again! Highly recommend to everyone.

This house was the perfect getaway for our trip to Florida. It was nearly spotless with many amenities available and not requiring us to use our vacation time to purchase various essentials, such as soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc. The outdoor area was amazing, and the memories we made while playing pool will forever be treasured. Thank you for an amazing stay...from the flawless check-in to a simple check-out. If/When back in this area, I would/will desire to stay here again. :)

Was a great experience and a perfect base to explore the region from. Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers beach, Naples all an easy journey. House was spectacular and hosts very accommodating. Minor issue with outdoor tv not working which was taken care of very quickly. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful house at the end of the street and fully equipped. The inside of the house has a very nice stile. A lot of extra's available like beach chairs, umbrella, pool (inflatable) toys, fishing tools, cool box........ We spent 7 days with our 7 year old son and we loved the pool and the quit area. This house has everything you wish for concerning a holiday at the Florida beach area. We certainly recommend this place to others. Patricia, Didacus and Luca (The Netherlands)

We had trouble connecting with the Wifi the first night and Steffen got right back to me when I called him!

We had an amazing week at the property Buena Vida! Everything was wonderful!! The only issue we had was the upstairs master shower was very hot, and we were not able to get cold water from it. When I sent an email they were going to come fix it for us, but we were gone for the day. The house was very clean! Maybe could have used a couple more / bigger towels, a few little details: maybe some movies, or board games would have been fun ! Also, a griddle or something like it for breakfast pancakes, but everything else was great!

High standard holiday house with an amazing main bedroom and bathroom We were 2 families staying in the house and thoroughly enjoyed our week. Fantastic living room and kitchen with all equipment we needed, the pool table was great fun for our youths and the terasse was used both daytime and night time. The location itself requires a car, there is about 25 minutes drive to Sanibel where we visited 2 times during our stay. 3 minutes drive to food store Publix, and Duffy`s sports grill, 5 minutes walk away, serves good sports pub food where we went one night. The house is in a quiet and safe area. We did not have any boat when there, however I guess that would have been fun to have a boat available as well. You cannot go wrong with this house. The management company were easy to deal with when booking and fortunately we didnt have any problems or issues that we needed to contact them during our stay!

We loved everything about this wonderful home and didnt want to leave! The location on the river was stunning and so peaceful We spent many hours watching the wildlife including hummingbirds & otters The beds were extremely comfy & the kitchen well equipped Close to a Publix and restaurants & a short drive to the beaches We would definitely stay here again & wouldnt hesitate to recommend to family and friends

We stayed here for six days as a final phase to a more active US holiday so we were looking for comfort, peace and a convenient location supported by accessible shops and a safe family environment....this house provided all of these things and much more...the house is extensively equipped with everything you need including very comfortable outdoor furniture and a extensively equipped kitchen...pool is great ...excellent entertainment system and WIFI ....highly efficient communication ........the master bedroom and ensuite facilities are a delight...we hired Sunnyside based on our own assessment and other reviews - we were not disappointed ...we would stay here again - exactly as described

Verry nice house with a verry large deck. Only thing was there were only a few of forks an knifes (enough to eat of course) but more would be good

beautiful home! we loved the pool. Iwas very nervous having two children under four in a house with a pool. the doors are very heavy going outside so the kids could not open them by themselves. we loved fishing out back and how close it was to the beach. location is very secluded. we would love to visit again!!

Morning Sun is a beautiful property. From the moment you drive up the spacious driveway to opening the front door, you know youve got your own little piece of paradise. Big reception seating area as you open the front door with a huge master suite to the left and an equally huge master Ensuite with tub and walk in shower. Beside the reception area is a dinning area that seats 8. On into the kitchen which has all the appliances that youd expect in a house like this. Plenty of cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, pots and pans. The kettle is hob based - with a whistle! - and takes a while to boil, so anyone who likes a cup of hot tea take note. Great coffee machine which takes capsules - so you can brew your favourite brand. Three bedrooms on this side of the house - 2 double and one twin. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. However the A/C Unit is located outside the window of the twin room and can be a little noisy if it kicks in at night. Theres a family bathroom here too with tub/shower. Theres a well equipped utility room with large washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board also available. Huge garage that comfortably fits two cars. In the garage are a selection of bicycles, pool toys, beach chairs, cooler boxes etc so if you plan a day at the beach youve everything you need. At the back of the house is a big open plan living room with large U couch and a fantastic entertainment system. Great TV with oodles of channels and set up for Netflix etc too. Theres a small counter and eating area there too. Outside is a large patio area with its own kitchen, fridge and large BBQ grill. Theres a table that seats 8 comfortably. The pool is beautiful. Quite deep - 6 ft at one deep end (4ft approx at shallow) but steps at both ends. Theres a brilliant hot tub that connects too the pool too. We had an issue with the pool water and hot tub pump when we arrived but Stefan quickly got it sorted. They also helpfully increased the water temp for the children and baby to fully enjoy the pool. Plenty of bed linen and bathroom and pool towels included in the house. We would highly recommend Vesteva Vacation Rentals. They were extremely helpful, professional and prompt with any question or issue that we had. This was our first Airbnb experience and we we a little apprehensive before we arrived. But I can honestly say we were delighted with the property and Stefan, Vanessa and the whole team. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time in Morning Sun. House was spectacular. Lots of space for us all and all appliances etc on hand. You were very prompt with any question or issue that we had - especially with the pool, it was a pity we lots 2 days swimming in it but you certainly pulled out the stops to have it cleaned and have the hot tub motor repaired. There was plenty of towels etc which was extremely helpful. We would 100% recommend you to all our friends and online. You made our first Airbnb experience a great one. Hi, we stayed in this house for almost a week mid July. The house was great and in my opinion even better then the description and pictures already indicate. Besides the pool, my 2 older daughters loved the pool table which can actually also be converted into an air hockey table or used for table tennis. No problems whatsoever with the wifi. The House is easy to find and is very spacious and clean. Also both garden and pool are taken care off by professional companies I noticed. All gear for a nice Bbq or cooking was available and clean as well. We liked our stay and special thanks to Vanessa and Robert for their fast responses.

Hi the stay was great. Special thx to Robert and Vanessa for their fast responses and info during check in and check out. The house is super. You might consider to add a note in your general comments on the site that the fence around the pool is actually a insect barrier and not glass (we thought during booking it was potentially glass and therefore not outside (which is much better of course). After this stay I know in Florida everyone has these fences around their pools but in North west Europe I have never seen them yet. Another pre you might want to add is that the house is actually better supplied then you currently listed; like chairs for the beach, great wifi, fruit mixer, toaster etc. Only thing that was a bit unknown was the potentially electrical costs. We did not have a clue if the amount would be sufficient during booking, specifically since the house seems to use (much?) more KwH a week then we are used to in the Netherlands without airco running and poolheating. Of course your amount specified turned out to be fine. Robert informed us as at check in it would be, and at check out it actually was. But I can imagine it might lead to an unexpected surprise when you are charged extra after your stay. We enjoyed our stay and the house very much and would certainly reconsider to stay again if fortune will enable us to visit Florida again. Thx! Ron

Great house, clean, beautiful and peaceful backyard with Infiniti pool overlooking a quite river. Safe neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Just bring yourselves and enjoy the rest!

Great location for exploring the gulf coast beaches. 35-40 minutes away from just about everywhere including Fort Myers and Sanibel. The house looks brand new with great finishes. It is clean and well appointed. The pool was a winner with our kids and I would definitely return again. If you are planning to cook you will need to bring all supplies including salt and pepper. Also, not sure if this is standard Airbnb etiquette but they did want you to take pix of the meter before leaving so just a heads up. Overall it was a great experience.

The decor and cleanliness was great. However there were no supplies if guests plan to cook. Please let guests know they will have to bring everything for cooking including condiments such as ketchup etc. Also we were traveling with small kids so one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was not going to work for multiple days. Also there was not even a half a roll of bounty in the kitchen. I'm ok with coming with if only I knew there would be none available I would have planned accordingly. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed the outside area including pool and deck.
