First rate as always!

We had no complaints that negatively impacted our stay at Samuel. It is a really nice property. Everything was there that one would need from pool and beach toys to a fully equipped kitchen. My wife was impressed with the clothes washer and dryer. The property had a nice size pool and patio area which we took full advantage of.

Vanessa is so easy to work with and goes out of her way to answer questions and help in any way she can. Any issues are resolved right away!

Your staff was friendly, prompt and helpful.

This is our second year here and we have already booked for next year. A perfect place to avoid a piece of the PA winter.

Both Vanessa and Bob were very friendly and accomodating throughout the rental process and check in. Very stress free.

The property was very comfortable. Sitting by the pool gazing at the royal palms in the distance was so relaxing. A newer Weber gas grille allowed us to have several cookouts with family members in the area (a local Costco store sells prime cut steaks at bargain prices). A daily walk to the fishing pier followed by a refreshing beverage at the Boathouse was enjoyable.

This home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus to this house with plenty of chairs around the pool and a nice gas grill. There was a table and chairs on the lanai which was nice for having dinner by the pool or if you prefer some shade. There was new bikes in the garage which we enjoyed rides in the morning. My husband enjoyed taking the kayak on the canal that was also provided. The location was great! It was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. I cant say anything negative about this house. Would stay again.

Was one of the easiest processes to book rental.

Property was awesome.

Bob Orlando was friendly, and when we had an inquiry, he got back to us almost immediately. His restaurant recommendation was appreciated, and turned out to be one of our favorite places to eat! The "Pool Guy" was professional, and had a lot of good "local information" for us. We actually enjoyed his visit. He kept the pool nice for us.

Our annual visit to "Tranquil Turtle" is like coming home each year. We have stayed here twice in the past, and look forward to next year. It has everything we need, and we particularly enjoy the pool area with the big shade tree, and watching all of the wildlife on the canal. We really do have a "tranquil turtle" that visits almost every day at the dock! It is a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood. We can sit back, swim, or take a nap with no disturbance. Priceless!

Although we had very few problems, if an issue arrived, the Vesteva staff was diligent in resolving each issue.

Beautiful property on canal that offers so many enjoyable adventures. Starting with how clean the house was when we walked into the living room, to the welcoming view as we stood at the front door looking out to the canal. We were so close to so many beaches, tourist traps, night life and great restaurants. It was a great ladies getaway for us. The pool and hot tube were a nice bonus to sit around on the cool nights and a time to enjoy the sun poolside.The wildlife was spectacular! We saw manatee in the canal and were able to have the opportunity to take kayaks out to enjoy the Florida sun. We had plenty of room to spread out, to have our own space, yet we were able to enjoy and bond with each other while cooking lunch/dinner in a big kitchen.I highly recommend Sunny Daze to anyone! I enjoyed my stay and want to go back in the future.
