Summertime is located in a quiet neighbourhood on a canal, with quick access to the river. Clean, fully-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, juicer, utensils), with comfy beds, lots of towels. Great backyard with pool and bbq. Exactly as pictured. Five minutes to local Walmart and Publix, and delicious Deep Lagoon Seafood restaurant. UberEats (Capone Pizza and Indias Grill) available, too. Close to Fort Myers Beach (20 minutes) and Spring Training baseball (15 minutes). Vesteva great rental company to work with. A++++

Great property. Excellent for families. We really enjoyed the indoor-outdoor feel. We spent as much time around the pool, jacuzzi, and lanai as we did in the house.

Had a great stay. The family really enjoyed the property. We may be back some day if we dont buy a Cape Coral property first. :-) Nice town.

Our group of friends were all awed by this stunning home. We enjoyed everything this home had to offer. Plenty of room for three couples, fabulous pool and more stunning than the pictures online. The kitchen was very well equipped with all we needed and more with everything in tip-top condition. The master suite was incredible and the two extra bedrooms and baths were lovely. Should we decide to come to Cape Coral next year we would look forward to staying at this property again. Thank you, Patty Rowe

We loved staying in Cape Coral at your beautiful villa! Our beautiful children loves everything that the house had to offer! We really enjoyed our time. Bob, Vanessa and Stefan were all great to deal with and we would rent from them again / no questions asked! Our boys caught some fish in the canal and the parents enjoyed seeing them have fun!

We loved our stay at Hagers Hideaway! The heated saltwater pool is wonderful and the house very comfortable. Loved the leather couch with built in recliners! The neighborhood is mostly quiet. Never a sound at night. A bit of a drive to everything but thats how Cape Coral is. Would love to come back.

Thanks for a great stay. Appreciated Bobs welcome and friendly advice at checkin. Loved the place.! Could use some knives. Only one dull knife in the kitchen. Other than that small detail we loved the place. Especially the pool!

Excellent rental property - better in person than pictures show. Proximity to beach and the pool/spa area of this home made the difference. We would definitely stay here again.

Have never had a problem with making reservations with Vesteva. Houses always top notch. Easy check in and out. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly.

This property was excellent. Nice and spacious. Bright and nicely decorated. Sitting outside in the morning having coffee and watching the birds and fish jumping in the canal was just delightful. We were sad to leave.... will definitely look to book again next year!!!

The property was excellent. Had almost everything we needed. We did purchase a can opener and a grill brush for cleaning. You might want to add cutting boards. And the bedroom with singles maybe a mirror. These are just suggestions not criticism. We absolutely loved our stay there!!! And want to come again next year!!! Thank you Also forgot. The dryer may need to be addressed....it is a little noisy and takes 2 cycles to dry a load. Just so you know.

Beautiful house with heated pool and super view to the river. Owners boat parked near house and patio in riverside making rest fabulous. A lot of space inside house, good for big family.

The washer and toaster needed to be replaced and were within a day. The new dryer was a bonus.

Great pool area and close to downtown Cape Coral where a number of great restaurants can be found. Quiet neighborhood on a beautiful canal.

Queen mattresses are not very good.

All members from Vesteva that we were in contact were very nice and very efficient. We had a couple of questions, and they were there immediately to get them resolved.

The home is VERY nice. All the furnishings were up to date, and the kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Our favorite part was the pool and the canal. We sat there for hours watching the boats go by, and enjoying the sunshine. This was our 3rd visit to the Cape Coral area, and this was the best house yet. I highly recommend it. We had 6 people in our group, and there was Plenty of room to be together, or have your own private space. Great home!!!!
