Villa Paradise is a custom built home which was finished in early January 2010.
The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and a serene setting right next to lake Finisterre. The breathtaking views across the canal as well as the privacy are second to none.
Villa Paradise offers an open floorplan with cathedral ceilings, lots of sunlight as well as three bedrooms and two baths.
The bedrooms are equipped with 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin size beds. The tasteful decoration and florida colors radiate the perfect vacation feeling.
The backyard offers an oversized pavered pool deck with a swimming pool and attached hot tub.
The swimming pool is electrically heated.
A boat lift and wraparound boat dock are located behind the pool area and are ideal for fishing and watching the boats go by.
**Garage is not available for parking as the owner uses it for personal belongings**
