This lovely Cape Coreal vacation pool home is located in a quiet serene Cape Coral neighborhood. It has south eastern exposure, intersecting canal views and gulf access. We are sure that the intersection canal views from almost every room in the house will take your breath away.
The home has a split floorplan, is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities needed to make your vacation in Cape Coral unforgettable.
The three bedrooms feature 2 King size beds and two twin size beds. The living room has high ceilings and lots of natural light which flood the home throughout the day. The home accomodates 6 people and the oversized lanai offers plenty of lounge area. The swimming pool is electrically heated and therefore makes it possible to be used year round. Next to the home you will find a putting green that makes it possible for the golf enthusiast to practice their putting game before going to one of the may golf courses in the nearby area.

Sobald man den Wohnraum durch die Haustüre betritt, hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den elektrisch beheizten Swimming Pool, den Bootsanleger und die in der Sonne schimmernde Kanalkreuzung.
Das Haus ist auf einem Eckgrundstück erbaut und bietet daher jedemenge Privatsphäre auf der kompletten Terrasse. Der Wohnbereich ist mit schönen Möbeln bestückt und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Die typisch Amerikanische Küche mit Bar Theke und anschliessendem Esszimmer bildet den Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Ledercouch und großem Fernseher ausgestattet. Die drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über 2 Kingsize Betten und 2 Twinsize Betten. Von dem Gästebad kommt man direkt auf die Terrasse sprich zum Swimming-Pool. Der wunderschöne Wasserblick kann aus fast jedem Zimmer in diesem Haus genossen werden.
Für unsere Golf Liebhaber hat das Haus auf der Nordseite ein "putting green". Hier kann man entspannt üben bevor man auf einen der zahlreichen Golfplätze hier in Cape Coral und Umgebung geht.
