Villa Coconut is one of our new additions. It is a beautiful Villa in the SW part of Cape Coral.
The cathedral ceilings as well as the open floor plan and gorgeous view over the vanishing edge swimming pool out to the canal makes it second to none.
Villa Coconut has three bedrooms with 1 king 1 queen and two twin size beds and two bedrooms. When entering the home, one immediately feels at home. The great decorating style of the owner as well as the attention to detail definitely make this house a great vacation home and a place where one will enjoy to return to. The living room is equipped with very comfortable couches and comprises the center of the home. Right next to the very open living room is the oversized kitchen with an island, granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets as well as stainless steel appliances. Two of the three bedrooms have direkt access to the swimming pool which feature a large pool deck, vanishing edge swimming pool and a connected hot tub. The pool is electrically heated and can be used year round.
Unsere wunderschöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa Coconut ist eine unserer neusten Ferienhäuser.
Diese Villa liegt sehr zentral im SW von Cape Coral ganz in der Nähe von Cape Harbour, Rumrunners und Publix. Gleich beim betreten dieses schönen Ferienhauses hat man einen fantastischen Blick durch das Wohnzimmer auf den Swimming Pool mit "vanishing edge" auf den dahinter liegenden Golf Zugang Kanal.
Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit einem King, einem Queen und zwei Twin size Betten ausgestattet. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmern haben direkten Zugang zur Terrasse bzw. zum Pool. Die Küche ist mit einer Granit Arbeitsplatte, Kirschbaum Schränken und Edelstahl Küchengeräten ausgestattet und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen.
Auf der überdimensionalen Terrasse kann man bei Sonnenaufgang ein gemütliches "American Breakfast" einnehmen und auf den davor liegenden Pool mit Whirlpool schauen.
