This Cape Coral vacation home offers 3 bedrooms featuring 2 King and 2 Twin Size beds with 2 bathrooms. The split floor plan is perfect for a family with children. The area where this home is located is perfect for walking, biking as well as canoeing, since the home comes with a canoe that is available to the tenants free of charge. The electric pool heater makes it possible to use the pool year round. Televisions, DVD/VCR combo, Stereo, and a Gas grill are available as well. The Beach House boasts an oversize lanai with a great canal view from the deck or the dock.
Boat can be rented for only $ 600.-- per week + Instruction and cleaning fees The boat is a fishing boat and is 23 foot long with a 200 hp outboard motor.
The boat is ideal for beginners as it is very easy to navigate. The outboard motor as well as depth finder make it very easy to navigate on the open water. The boat has all necessary coast guard equipment such as life jackets, horn, fire extinguisher etc. A bimini top is also available to offer shade for the driver and passengers.
