Der Pool hat Nord-Ost Lage, da sich die Poolarea über die Breite des Hauses zieht kann man die Sonne immer genießen, genügend Platz zum Sonnen und relaxen bietet auch der Boatdock. Von dem Terrassenbereich kommt man zum Wohnzimmer, dem Frühstücksraum, das Elternschlafzimmer sowie einem Bad. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet es fehlt an nichts und schon ein kurzer Blick ins Haus genügt um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
