This Gulf access Cape Coral vacation home is located on a wide corner canal with a FANTASTIC view and great sunsets!
Home was just updated and has a bright open entry and high ceilings throughout. Large granite counter top kitchen with breakfast bar. Separate family room area with TV and nice view of the canal. Enclosed heated L-shaped pool with jets in one corner as well as a waterfall and a pool bath/shower. The pool has both solar and electric heat to save on electricity and heat the pool faster. There is a separate patio deck and table right by the canal to enjoy the sun. Large king bed master suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower and sliding doors out to the pool area.
