Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten bis zum nächsten Einkaufscenter. Sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und man kann sehen, dass an nichts gespart wurde. Die Pool Area geht Richtung Süden und der Whirlpool ermöglicht es auch bei manchen kühleren Nächten in Florida ins Wasser zu gehen.
