Vesteva Rentals & Property Management is a family business and has been serving the greater Lee County, Florida area since 1998.
We specialize in property management as well as seasonal vacation rentals.
Steffen Vetter
Graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University, degree in business management.
Steffen Vetter who also is a licensed real estate agent is the owner of the business. Born and raised in Germany he brings the "German exactness" to the table and is very ambitious as well as timely when it comes to business matters.

It is a balancing act that has worked out great for us in the past, as we have long term clients that we deal with and it is our top priority to keep their trust for years to come."Our long-term experience in the real estate field is your advantage. Vanessa Delgado
Graduate from Florida International University; major in hospitality management
Vanessa Delgado is one of Vesteva's customer service managers, who is in charge of connecting our wide variety of beautiful vacation homes and condominiums with tenants.
Vanessa is also responsible for the great interior styles many of our vacation rentals have to offer. She is there for you with suggestions and ideas to make the homes represent able as possible to the renters and also to give them a homey and great feeling. Vanessa says, "It is my top priority to match the customers with the right house that fulfills their every wish. It is my top priority to make the booking experience as hassle free as possible and to be available for questions."
We also have our German speaking customer service specialist, Eva. She makes it very easy for our less fluent English speaking clients to receive prompt service in their native language.

Vanessa Delgado ist eine unserer Kunden-Beraterin vor Ort, die durch ihre langjährige Erfahrung im Hotelfach das Gespür für die richtige Anmietung einer Immobilie entwickelt hat.
Vanessa ist auch für die Einrichtung unserer Ferienhäuser verantwortlich. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Einfühlungsvermögen trifft sie stets den Geschmack unserer Kunden.
