When opening the front door, one is greeted by an unobstructed view of the swimming pool and a large wall of sliding glass doors that will brighten up your home. The property has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a split floor plan. The main bedroom is located to the left of the home with its own en-suite bathroom and patio access. The other 2 guests suites are on the right side of the home as well as the second bathroom which also has access to the pool and lanai. The kids’ bunk bedroom is located next to the front entrance of the living room with garden views. The open floor plan which incorporates the dining space, living room as well as the large kitchen with the island as a center is great for family gatherings and entertainment.
Cape Sunrise offers a large outdoor patio with covered lanai for al fresco dining as well as a sitting area for relaxing and watching TV. The home has a propane Grill where you can enjoy your own BBQ. The easter facing pool offers you great sunrises and a beautiful garden view.
